Hello,
I paid for express shipment but it is saying standard shipment on my order. I will not receive the item in time, and I paid for it to be delivered in three days!

Verified ReviewerThere sizes are ridiculous. My child is a double zero and a size 2 did not fit.
They made me pay to return item and say return that it will take 7days to get my dress cost back not my overnight fees. I had dress express shipped for a very special event , that is now ruined .
Oh Polly is the worst site I have ever ordered from.
No human to speak to to try and resolve. Then had to pay another $5 to send it back

Preferred solution: I would like a refund of shipping , to and from $15 is the amount and a new dress in size 6 since my child who is a double 9 did not fit in a 2 and recvd by 5/31/23 in time for my event

Wrong size
Received wrong size dress need it this dress by this week send them in email they reply by apologizing.. and send me $5 gif card but want I need is the dress my daughter need it for next Thursday for her prom so this is stressful because we wont have time to order another one there is no phone number to call nobody I will like for them to send her the right size and we will return the Inter dress VERY FRUSTRATED BY THIS COMPANY

I paid over 100 dollars for what I wanted paid for shipping so that it could come in time and STILL I received the wrong order I paid for a white 2 piece set that I could wear for my birthday and I received a blue bathing suit how could you get it that mixed up? I need there team to reach out to my Ive tried everything and still no response from anywhere

I placed an order with oh polly for my birthday dress with order number OP104****uk. This dress has not arrived, no updates on the Evri website.
No one is available to take my call and speak to me. Theres literally no way of reaching the courier company nir oh polly.
I need to leave the country tomorrow and i guess i will be leaving without this item. The order was place on Tuesday morning at 10am.

I have yet to receive my packages and its been weeks. I ordered 4 pieces and spent over 200 dollars.
I was supposed to wear my outfits this Friday, April 29th, 2022. And now its Monday and I am doubtful I will receive it by then.
Ive contacted multiple times and havent received an email back. When I try to track my package it tells me that my tracking number is invalid and they are unable to track it.

I ordered from oh poly 27th of June and this is jury 10 I haven't gotten my package I tried tracking my package with fedex it is still in transit since June 30th. I need a feedback asap please on my order

After paying for next day delivery, i did not receive the parcel the following day after placing my order, it is now the second day after placing my order and have tried to phone the currier but was answered by a robot which did not help and emailed the company and have only had an automatic response, my intention was to wear the dresses for both my birthday celebrations for my 18th which are today and tomorrow, so it is unlikely Ill be able to do so as Ive heard nothing about when it will be arriving. Very pissed off !
I realise this is not the fault of oh Polly as they have sent it to the currier and they are the ones who have failed to get it to me ! Did u change the name from Hermes to evri bc ur *** everyone off !
Very, very unhappy ! I want my delivery money back!

Waited three months for a refund and hasnt been resolved Oh Polly has been given the return slip number all the information theyve taken money out but they seem to have lost everything now and has no information and has not even moved forward with this complaint they just keep on putting new to a robot which is absolute nonsense
