Parcel never arrived

My parcel never arrived and the lack of customer support and communication is in shambles , they have only processed a refund for my delivery , there is not number to contact oh Polly nor there delivery services and they have stated it would take up to 6 working days for an investigation to commence and only then would I start to recieve a possible refund depending on the outcome

Late delivery

- - Automated replies say warnings arrive in the package; attorney general notified.
They refuse to give me a reason why there isnt prop 65 warnings on clothes that have cancer causing chemicals. I mention that its illegal to not notify the customer before purchase and they keep sending me back an automated response about how youll receive the warning in your package. This is illegal and Ive already reported them to the attorney general.

Preferred solution: I want them to add the prop 65 warnings to all products they sell so future customers can make informed decisions as prop 65 states. It’s breaking the law.
